DISCOVER THE WEST COAST

Experience Comfort Camping in the heart of the West Coast Trail in the Pacific Rim National Park. Enjoy this stunning coastal experience as you walk along the breathtakingly beautiful hiking trails in the footsteps of the First Nation ancestors. This unique opportunity is offered by the Ditidaht First Nation and their vision of supporting eco-friendly tourism initiatives while creating sustainable employment for the community. You can be a part of the softer side by booking a night in Comfort Camping on your way through the trail or entering the trail through the Nitinaht Lake 3rd Entrance enjoying a shorter hike experience, or even spend 2-3 days with friends and family water taxiing down the lake and camping in comfort while enjoying world renown sites such as Tsusiat Falls and Hole-in-the-Wall. Memories for a lifetime.

If you are booking the full 75KM West Coast Trail hike or hiking to or from Bamfield or Port Renfrew you will need to do so through the Parks Canada site.

COMFORT CAMPING

Hiking all or half  of the West Coast Trail over a 4 or 7 day period? Start by reserving your date with Parks Canada as this site cannot accept reservations for hiking the trail. Once booked at either the Bamfield or Port Renfrew trail entry points you would then book here at the 30KM point of the trail  to guarantee a comfortable place to rest, dry off and hang your boots by your own wood stove. We can also upon request offer a flex night so if you arrive a day early or a day late you still have your night guaranteed, that is providing you arrive by 6:00pm. We have a maximum of 4 person per tent with cots for each.
